So to the tests. First one is very simple, it’s just observation. When you wake up in the morning do you have an erection? If you do your erectile dysfunction is most likely psychological.

Second test. If you can get a full erection through self-masturbation? If you can you’re virtually guaranteed your impotence is psychological. If you can get an erection through a partner masturbating you this will also indicate your erectile dysfunction is psychological. Nevertheless, it’s self-masturbation that is the ultimate reliable test.

I will add here that if you can’t get an erection through self-masturbation the cause could still be psychological. However, at this point, you should work on the thought that your impotence is physical in origin until told otherwise by a medical doctor.

What does all this mean for you? Good new really! Because it means there’s nothing wrong with you. By that I mean there’s probably only an emotional blockage causing your problem, and that’s a heck of a lot better than your doctor telling you your impotence is due to a heart condition or other physical illness.

Before we move on to the mind tricks I mentioned earlier, let me explain briefly why I have a unique understanding about how to overcome psychological erectile dysfunction that very few other professionals have.
